Where is your facility? Cottonwood Self Storage is at 540 Cottonwood Lane in Fernley, 1 mile east of Highway 95.

Are you close to downtown Fernley? Our facility is only 1.6 miles from downtown Fernley via US-50 ALT W/US-95 ALT S and Cottonwood Ln. That’s just a 3-minute drive. We couldn’t be closer!

Except for Fernley, are there any other neighborhoods you serve? Cottonwood Self Storage is also the top choice with residents of Fallon, Silver Springs, Wadsworth, Sparks, Reno, Dayton, Stagecoach, Carson City, Mound House, Lovelock, Yerington, Nixon, and Black Rock City.

Are you close to any landmarks or attractions? Our facility is easily accessible from Fernley High School and Cottonwood Elementary School.

What times are you open for access?

We’re open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day of the year.

Do you have a resident manager?

We sure do. They’re always happy to help!

What are your features? Our facility features fencing, gated access, and surveillance cameras.

How many of your units have drive-up access? All of them! Simply drive up to your unit and park right outside.

Do you sell boxes and other supplies? That’s right. A variety of useful supplies are available to purchase onsite.

How do I pay my bills? Most tenants prefer our online payment system. It’s as easy as it gets.

Do you have dollies and handcarts? We do. Please feel free to help yourself. They’re a lifesaver if you’re storing bulky or heavy items.
